Join us for the next edition of the monthly Pan-African Theology Roundtable featuring guest speaker Emmanuel Chiwetalu Ossai. Dr Ossai will present his ethnographic research on how residential migration from a religious Nigeria to a much more secular Britain affects the religious commitment of Nigerian Christians in Edinburgh, the Scottish capital. He will discuss, among other things, the effects of conditions in British society on denominational switching, church attendance frequency, and the regularity of private praying among the research participants.
