Pan-African Theology Roundtable: "Faith, Community and Mental Health: A Case Study of Kenyan Immigrants in the US"

07 April 2025

Speaker: Faith Njenga

Location: Zoom (register at https://bit.ly/patrs)

Date: Tuesday 8 April 2025, 19.00 BST

In the April edition of the Roundtable, Faith Njenga will present her research exploring the mental health challenges faced by Kenyan immigrants in the United States, particularly those living in Seattle. Her research examines how factors such as acculturative stress, economic hardship, loneliness and cultural adjustment contribute to psychological distress. It promises to be yet another fascinating time together at the Roundtable. You are cordially invited, and feel free to invite a friend!

The Pan-African Theology Roundtable is a project of Missio Africanus and Liverpool School of Theology.
